Very disappointed with this location. The server was sorting coins and cash with gloves on then flipped my burrito with the same... gloves. It was close to closing time so I didn't feel like I could ask him to make another burrito. Read more
Had been a regular patron here until a mistake was made where i had ordered 2 take out chicken tacos. Was given fish. Was asked... to bring it back which was a cross town trip, and time consuming to end up arguing with the store manager in front of nearly adozen other customers. Asked for a refund and was paid $30 in change. The purchase was made using order ritual online, mycredit card information was compromised the very next day with online purchases in the area. I'm sad to say that while I didenjoy their food, the customer service is inadequate and untrustworthy. I will not be going back. Read more
