Menu for Man Ling Restaurant in Smiths Falls, ON

Just ordered for first time , probably won?t order again , ?chicken fried rice? was awful no taste not even fried, it was pale... and nothing like any chicken fried rice I?ve ever had anywhere else, extremely disappointing. Do not order the rice please saveyour money and cook white rice at home and add a sprinkle of chicken that?s basically the taste you?ll get if you order their?chicken fried rice? gross and barely any chicken I don?t know why it was so expensive when there was no flavour and not a lotof food !!!!! The chicken balls were average nothing special , overall just ok ? mushroom chop suey was a lot of bean sproutsand sauce?, spent a lot of money..ordered many dishes and waited over an hour and am very disappointed and won?t order from hereagain. Please please change your chicken fried rice it?s honestly the worst I?ve ever had and I?ve been all across Canada andnever had such bland food. The food here is decent but communication regarding dine in policy is not clear. The website states that this restaurant offers... both dine in and take out and is open from Wednesday to Sunday. We visited recently during the week when the restaurant wasopen, but were told when we arrived that dine in was only available on weekends. Amazing Chinese a bit healthier version of American Chinese, very fresh nothings is soggy or covered in fat. Not only food is... amazing the lady that runs the restaurant is an Angel, light worker whatever you want to call it. She was so so busy yet she wasso amazingly friendly and wonderful to the point she walked outside the restaurant to help one of the customers cross the streetas he had a hard time walking even tho she was literally running in the restaurant. We ordered the combo plate ?b?. The rice was surprisingly tasty but was not your typical chicken fried rice cooked with soya... sauce. It was white with some spices ( don?t know what ) but was good. The egg rolls were mostly flavourless with very littlefilling. The chicken balls were just OK. It appeared that they both were microwaved because they were not crispy at all. Finally, the ribs, once again not what we were expecting - the sauce was not typical and they appeared to be just boiled withspices. I couldn?t get past the appearance so I tried one but quit.
