Wow! This place is expensive by item but one dish is so huge and you can even share one plate with two people. Also, they have... $6 Togo box offer so if you get any entrée, you can get $6 of full meal. I am so satisfied for their service and I’ll goagain with my family. The price definitely worth it. Unfortunately our experience was subpar. It started with an unpleasant greeting from your manager, Andre. When I walked in with... my 18 month old twins and my 2 month old daughter, I was told we had a 10 minute wait. I decided to take the girls to thebathroom and get them ready for dinner. We came back and sat down for another 10 minutes. By then it had been over 15 minutes. Ichecked in with Andre and asked about our table. He seemed very irritated that I asked him about the table again. I told himthat I was managing three small children and I needed to be seated quickly. He rolled his eyes and said something to the effectof “ because you need high chairs I can’t sit you anywhere and I’m doing my best“ I told him that I did not even needhigh chairs anymore. I just needed to sit quickly because my children were melting down. At this point he walked away and leftsomeone else to help me. At that point I thought that he was the greeter. After eating dinner I asked to speak to the managerand I was shocked to find out that it was him. I was appalled to find a manager was such poor customer service. Since he was amanager I told him that my issue was with how I was treated by him. He curtly apologized. I did not seem sincere. I was reallydisappointed with the customer service experience from the manager. Otherwise, my server was great! Read more
