I live in the area and was a regular at this restaurant for several years. There's now all new staff and the overall restaurant... quality has plummeted!!! Let's just say, I will NEVER eat from here again. 10/07/2022 9:05 pm- 10: 02 pm- what's taking so longfor my order to come up? Finally I get the bags of food for my family. I ordered $71 worth of takeout. The wings were cold anddry. I ordered 2 turkey burgers that were both under cooked, with an oily slice of cold cheese that must've been removed fromsomeone else's sandwich, because ours was dry, The tomatoes were old and discolored. I immediately called the manager, who sayshis name is Brandon. He said that's the way they make their burgers, as he seemed very uncaring. If it weren't the weekend, Iwould have called the health department. It's that serious!!! They are putting people's lives in danger, with under cooked,tainted food. The food was so fresh, I had the bacon cheese burger. I observed the staff working diligently to service the lunch rush hour... traffic, the turnaround time was swift. The manager and staff on duty did a phenomenal job servicing all customers. This was my2nd dining experience, I will be returning. Read more

Tonight's staff has truly earned my ire. I've been a regular customer at this location for almost six years now. I wouldn't say... US Cafe is the best place, but they're open later than most other places, and the food is petty good. Quality and cleanlinesscan sometimes be an issue, but never enough to keep me from coming back. But tonight was something different entirely. Tonightwas an unmitigated disaster of an inedible meal. I ordered a normal burger combo, and ended up with so little edible food that Ihad to go somewhere else to eat. This was such a huge failure that it might be the second time in my life that I stop going to arestaurant based on a single bad experience. It started with not having sweet tea. I ordered around 9:30pm. There's about a50/50 chance to be out of sweet tea that late. I can't do normal fountain drinks, so I had water. I knew that ordering my drink.No drink, no big deal. I'm not going to cause trouble for the employees over one cup of tea. Then, I got home and realized myfries were beyond overcooked. Some of the fries had been cooked so long they were the consistency of potato chips all the waythrough. A normal sized fry, completely solid all the way through. So hard I couldn't break it without using two hands. I wouldtry to describe the texture using other foods, but they were so hard you literally couldn't eat them. It felt like biting into abrick. Sometimes that happens with one or two fries, but I dug through them only to realize more than half the fries were smallpotato flavored rocks. Out of the entire large fry, there were single digit numbers of edible fries. Ridiculous. My last hopeto get any food out of my trip rested on the burger.
