TOWING WARNING Recently they started towing and IMPOUNDMENT of trucks that are parked anywhere else but on regular parking spot... (and BTW... you can't park on regular spot because they rent it to locals) So place that we all used it to park (between passand scale at the entrance FOR YEARS) is now " their hot zone" On 16th Sep 2022 I parked there around 03.45pm for lunch breakand while I was inside around 30min later towing company arrived and with tool they opened my door and started the semi (with mykey that was left in ignition) and drove it off to their yard....so they didn't tow it...they DROVE IT So bill for me was $1,122($102 was for fuel...MY FUEL they spend to move truck there) At the end... I wouldn't have problem with this if there was posteda sign but there ISN'T and we ALL used to park there FOR YEARS and there wasn't a problem,there always used to be parked 2-3semis without blocking anyone and management DIDN'T say a word but all of a sudden they tow multiple trucks everyday. It reallyisn't OK for customers that stop here regularly for years...If you don't want us to park 30-45min on fuel line and there is noregular parking spot ANYTIME then tell me WHERE we can park ? It's hit or miss with this place when it comes to the icee machine working or not. It hasn't reached the level the ice cream... machine at McDonald's is at but it definitely is close. I bet you can guess yes or no by the number of star's I gave them thisvisit. Read more
When Reggie managed the Smyrna location it was an awesome place to stop. You could get in and out in a timely manner and the... service was friendly and inviting, however, since he's left its not the same. At 6 am it gets busy at this location because ofNissan traffic and if you're in a hurry you best not stop here. Only one cashier and the manager just sits there fiddling on thecomputer ignoring the fact people are backed up to the coolers. Reggie would always jump on a register and help, not this newguy he just sits. It's ridiculous, I'm going to have to find another place to stop. People need to get to work, not wait on amanager at a CONVENIENT store to decide to work. I would like to add,the poor cashier actually working is great she just needsassistance from her manager, that's what managers do. Read more
