My dad received an undercooked burger and when he sent it back they remade it and took 10 minutes to get it back to us which it... then didn?t have fries with it. They took the burger back and then brought it back another ten min later and the burger was thencold. What?s going on in the kitchen ? Undercooked meat is a NO. I understand there?s a rush but that should not affect cookingtime period. Read more
turtle sundae is amazing! and i love their fry sauces. the burgers are very interesting because its like flat, crisp patties.... Good, but you can get tired of them after a few visits. Not the ice cream though..I cam definitely go back. Staff is cool, butthey may forget minor things every so often. But not a big deal, just check your order before you leave ???? Read more
July 5, 2022 - between 5:30pm and 6:00pm. My youngest grandson was excited, he chose the restaurant. Regretfully once we parked... the van and walked inside, my daughter and I both looked at each other and realized we were going to have to disappoint mygrandson. The place was horrible. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The tables and the floor were filthy. One ofthe booths had been ripped apart. There was an ample number of employees standing behind the counter talking. As we turned andwalked back to the van there were 2 other people entering. Not sure if they stayed. There was a closed sign in one of the drivethru lanes and only one car at the window picking up an order. I am writing to you in hopes you are able to do something to makethe restaurant presentable, address the cleanliness issues and hopefully hire employees that will take pride in their work,place of employment and hopefully realize they need business to survive. I pull up to drive thru to order(first time eating here) and I ask my wife if she wants anything and of course she says "No mi... amor, I'll just have some of yours..." :-/ So instead of ordering the original size fry I order the large fry which wasapproximately $3.15.. and I order the double bacon steak burger. That'll be plenty of food for us to share. What a hugedisappointment. The fries, though hot, were EXTREMELY skinny- even for "steak fries"! The portion they gave me looked more likea "kids size" large. For $3 I was expecting a portion comparable to the $3 fries at Popeye's which would have been plenty toshare. At least they tasted ok. But it is DEFINITELY not a large and DEFINITELY not worth $3+. My double bacon cheeseburgerlooked like they took a steak patty(which is thin to begin with) and then sliced it again! Are these burgers made for childrenor adults? I really want to know. It had good flavor, but it was way too salty. And I like salty foods. Overall I felt the foodwas overpriced for the portions you get. The flavor tasted good. The staff was friendly. But I can't recommend this place overSteak n' Shake. 3/10. Read more
