This restaurant is truly worthy of 5 stars, but my experience today was less than in the past. I have been to this restaurant 3... times, today being the third. The past two times have been spectacular, especially as food and waiters/waitresses go. This thirdtime, the food was just as good, the wait time was better than times past, but our waitress was definitely new. I had a prettybasic meal of angel hair (with Parmesan cheese), and meat sauce. The appetizers we got were fried cucumbers and cheese logs(these are essentially just larger mozzarella cheese sticks). You are also given salad and buttered bread rolls (with thepurchase of an entree). The food was excellent, but the size of each entree is very, very large. I recommend ordering a kidssized portion unless you want to feel completely stuffed after the meal (speaking from experience). The wait times are the lastpoint I will touch on, as dinner wait times can vary (at least from my experience) from 20 minutes to an hour. Other than that,it is an amazing restaurant that is definitely worth the wait. Read more

We adore coming to Provino's. The food is good, music is quiet and atmosphere is great. Most recently when we went we were sat... by a window that was a bit drafty so I was cold but otherwise no complaints. Read more

Service was mediocre. Took forever to take our order, ten minutes for just one spoon. Ordered ciopinno. Pretty good. Snapper was... poached just right in the broth. Too much pasta in the bowl. They skimped on the clams and mussels. Shrimp were okay. Garlicrolls were awful. So much Garlic overdone that they were not edible. Salad and dressing was delightful. Ordered shrimp andscallops in an Alfredo type sauce. Overwhelming with pasta. Probably a serving for four, a half pound. Shrimp, scallops, andsauce were good. House white not so good considering 28 dollars for four small glasses and it had a sweetness to it. Anothernegative we were seated next to a noisy station where dirty dishes and other things are collected. Doesn't compare to our diningin Italy. Amercanized. Read more

It has been many years since I have been to Provino's and it is still an amazing place to eat. We went twice in one... week! Garlic rolls are so amazing that you will want to eat your body weight of them before the food comes. The food andflavors are amazing, and the portions are large and most likely you will be taking food home . Read more

This place has some nice interior! Little history so to speak. It make for a comfortable atmosphere with good service. The... garlic rolls I love! I had the seafood trio which you can't go wrong with. The Chicken Alfredo left a bit to be desired. Theveal marsala was nice and tender but the sausage stuffed mushrooms were not at all what I expected them to be. Overall it was agood experience. Read more
