I only wish that the customer service was as good as the food. I hate leaving negative feedback but the "I don't wanna be here"... style of customer service has got to end. I ordered online and picked up in store on Saturday 9/10 around 7:45pm. As soon as Iwalked in the young lady at the front counter was more concerned with her social media feed that asking me about my order. Iclearly made her day so bad because she was not okay with asking for my name or why I was even there. When I said that I waspicking up an order and that I wasn't doordash, she just handed me what was on the counter. Thankfully it was my order, because she didn't ask me my name to know for sure. 2 stars for the service & location. The only thing was good was the fries. I ordered the shrimp po boy, the shrimp were the Walt... Jumbo fried shrimp like the ones at Red Lobster. It was loaded with lettuce & sliced tomatoes. My daughter had the mild wings,wasn't good to me but she ate them so. I would not go back here to try nothing else honestly. I've always seen these lilrestaurants just about in every plaza & always wanted to give it a try. My curiosity is settled. Pictures are attached. Theyalso have a variety of food items as well. My goodness, what tasty chicken wings and tater tots! Their cheeseburger and fries are worth mention, but I usually come here... for their wings and tots. I recommend the garlic parmesan or lemon pepper. And they serve Pepsi instead of Coke! Some locations,like this, are closed one day each week, but I can live with that. Cheers to WNB! Read more
