Worst BBQ I ever had. I assumed a BBQ smokehouse would serve brisket that was actually smoked. Ordered a full pound of brisket... only to find when we got home that it was steamed, completely dried out and flavorless and 40% fat. Why have a smokehouse if youare not smoking meats?
