We go 2-3 times a year and have always had a great mean, I?m really surprised at the poor reviews, but I?ve gone to other... restaurants and had a bad meal while others rated higher. I?ve had the lamb chops several times, salmon, scallops and theirdelicious shrimp pasta in Leeks sauce, the same sauce they use with their clams (my favorite sauce anywhere). My only complaintis that the owner can come across as rude, on one occasion my wife was walking through town and walked in to make a reservationfor the two of us later that night. Was there 7/19/2022 about 4:30PM. Sat out on deck. Was great view of river and valley. Service was great. He was a very... friendly server. Had great halibut dinner. Really wanted to like this place. We came here for our wedding celebration and food was really subpar. Waiters were great. We... ordered the fondue, and noticed the bread was incredibly stale and tasted off. Upon inspection, the bread was covered in mold.The waiter apologized and brought us a new plate for free, only for that one to have moldy bread on it as well. Kinda surprisedthey didn?t pull the bread off of the other customers tables too, knowing that the bread they were putting out has gone bad(People behind us complained too). We kind of ditched the apps hoping that the entrees would be better, but didn?t have muchluck. Burger was over-cooked and bun was burnt, but wasn?t terrible; However, didn?t feel like it was worth $20. My party foundtons of bones in their salmon, undercooked steaks, etc. It was just a mess.
