We came in to grab food on the way out of town. They seemed short staffed, but got our group 7 people/3 orders) food in a timely... manner. They were super nice and accommodating as were coming in from a race and wanted it all to go. The pizza rolls wereawesome! Read more

We live in Snowmass and order from Tasters quite often. Food quality and service has really been going downhill. Orders are... often wrong and the customer service is downright rude. Tonight (May 29th Sunday) we waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our order tobe delivered. We paid $56 and left 20% gratuity. They forgot the salad and instead of cheesy garlic bread it was plain old anddried. We called back and the delivery driver said to call the owner Stacy on his cell phone at home if we have a problem. Hewas going to provide his cell. (Totally weird) We asked them to credit the salad but he couldn't do that and then he said theycould possibly bring down the missed food. He said to stop eating and they would come pick the food up and then give us arefund. Then he said that the owner would call us. All very confusing customer service and a disappointed meal.
