This is the best place to eat in Aspen. The wait staff was considerate, the atmosphere was perfect and the German food was some... of the best I've had. I got the red deer, schnitzel, brats, potato pancakes, mussels, and apple strudel. All good choices. Makesure you take the opportunity to get here on your visit to Aspen. Dinner was amazing, they are having a server shortage, but our server. Illinois I think, was great. We had the escargot and... the wienerschnitzel. The escargot was huge so we had to have a doggy bag for the left overs. Great place. Read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! We hosted our small wedding reception here and the staff was incredible. The food was... unlike any I’ve ever had, so delicious I’m craving it days later. The staff treated my family and friends so well and wereattentive. Chris stayed in touch with me the entire time, as I was planning all of this from the east coast.
