First and most important the food is way overpriced for what they serve. The ribs were dry, mushy, and not enough bbq sauce. The... service was poor because they ran out of glasses and were understaffed. Maybe they should trim their menu down to only the itemsthey are good at making? Or set their prices according to the quality of food they are serving. Has great decor, but overallvery disappointing experience. Read more

The restaurant was very big, clean, and inviting. Great atmosphere, great food. A little pricey and you can't choose your... entrée sides, but the taste was amazing. Left off one star because waitress completely forgot about us. They sat us and we hadto go looking for someone to take our drink order. Read more

Our first visit to the area and we were so excited for a family trip with our baby. A summer getaway is exactly what we needed.... We stopped into the junction for lunch for a to go order to take back to our condo since we were staying in the village.Waitress was awesome and friendly. Food was ok. After a long day of exploring the mountain and baby was passed out, we decidedto get another to go order from this place since our first experience was good. We went to the host, which happened to be themanager on duty, and he quickly stated they don?t do to go orders. I explained we just got one at lunch time so we rolled hiseyes and said go ask one of the bartenders. After the older bartender said no, we explained the manager sent us to her. We thenwere back in front of the manger pleading to let us get an order to go while I tried to not wake my sleeping babe strapped to mychest. The Howie Mandel look alike had no customer service at all, let alone the ability to act like a decent manager. I shouldnot have to beg to spend money somewhere! This restaurant is not family friendly at all and I would never recommend someone togo here if you want to take dinner back to your relaxing condo in the village. Owners of the properties nearby should be ashamedthat this place is an option for guests. Read more

We were at snowshoe for the GNCC races for the weekend. Ended up eating 2 meals there. Service was very slow. The cooks just... couldn't get it out there. Servers were waiting on the food to come up. I saw 4 on the food line so not sure what the problemwas. Dinner was small portions for the price. They had what they called wild rice that was cold, sticky, and terrible for taste. It was more like Spanish rice 4 weeks old. Two of us at the table of 5 had it with our chicken / and salmon. It was Bad.Breakfast was very good but again very slow . It wasn't even a full house . Lots of empty tables. Read more
