I don't give out 5 stars for barbecue very often, but this is a very special place! The atmosphere is half of it... It is a... trailer in an old feed store. How much more Texas can you get? You can either eat in the "back" where the feed used to bestored (not air conditioned), or in the "front" where the store used to be (air conditioned). The brisket was fantastic! Ithad good flavor and was not overpowered by seasonings. The scored turkey was my the best I have ever had. The potato salad wasgood, but didn't particularly stand out from other barbecue places.
