We were in town from California visiting relatives and stumbled across Sal's. It was terrific. We had a pizza. The crust was... amazing! It was thin, crispy and had a hint of smokiness from the wood. The toppings were high quality and plentiful. We will goback. Read more
Amended: I went to the store and showed them the gristle and how badly burnt the wings were. The person who I originally spoke... to on the phone was adamant that I could not get them remade or a refund even after telling them that I would gladly come in andshow them the issue with the wings the man on the phone ended the conversation by calling me *sweetie ** in a condescendingmanner.I understand mistakes can happen in a busy kitchen but when they do occure at least try to fix them and make it right. I'm happy they did have someone on staff who is understanding of the situation when I popped in and they remade them withoutincident. I will put a picture of the wonderful coal fired wings that they remade for me , Sal's truly do have some of the bestcoal fired wings in the state but not the ones I had first received.
