My body doesn?t really deal well with certain proteins sometimes, so I went there one time to try it out. I got something off... the kid?s menu (the Cinderella in case you were wondering) and I must say it was one of the best drinks I?ve ever had. It hadthe balance of a lightweight drink (that?s healthy) with a good fruity flavor. I?d definitely come back here another timebecause it is honestly so good! Read more
Such a great nutrition club. Me and my fiancé love finding these around town! They had a large variety of different flavors... that I hadn?t seen anywhere else before. The woman working was very helpful and friendly. The store is so clean and modern, sucha cute spot! Read more

They are kind and it tastes good, but not a safe place for any allergies or intolerances. I told the girl I can?t eat gluten but... I know the shakes with vanilla powder are gluten free, so I ordered a banana pudding shake, after telling her I couldn?t eatgluten and her assuring me my shake was gluten free, but she put graham cracker or some other ingredient in it that made me verysick. Other than that it?s a great place and luckily it?s not an allergy that could kill me. Just be careful ordering with anydietary restrictions. Read more

I liked that not everything has nuts added like some other places and some... options include fresh fruit(strawberry section) I plan on trying the strawberry cheesecake next time. Marlene was very willingto help me make a choice, she took the time to help explain everything to me and list the ingredients in what i was interestedin. Definitely recommend the watermelon tea!!
