I love Dunkins Matcha Latte, but lately they have increased the amount of ice they put in the cup. This last order, I couldn't... even put my straw in due to the amount of ice. Had to throw some out to make room. It's a bit ridiculous, I feel like I only geta few sips of the drink. Definitely not necessary when I'm paying for the proce of the matcha latte and not ice. The establishment is employed by teenagers who are just messing around and giggling... the whole time. throughout my whole order the employees were laughing among each other and being rude to me in the process byignoring me . and the coffee and donut taste terrible . looks nothing like the picture on the menu. the barista needs to bereplaced , ASAP .
