Could be a little cleaner, staff is very nice.
Every time my online order is right on the dot!
The service here is horribly slow. Only 4 people ahead of me in line and it took close to 20 minutes for someone to take my... order. I was in there about 30 minutes total to get 1 coffee and the place wasn?t even very crowded. 1 employee claimed theywere ?short staffed?. I counted 6 employees! I just had the worst experience here. I order a cheddar cheese twist. I asked if they could cut it open and put butter, and... jelly on it. The girl at the register tells me they have nothing to cut it open with. And that I have to spread my own butter,and jelly on it. When I get my order, I asked for extra butter and jelly. The girl from that was the cashier says, next time,you have to ask for extra jelly from the cashier because there is a charge. I took a dollar out my pocket and threw it at thetable. I admit, that was wrong. My issues is, I was giving a knife to cut open my twist and spread the butter, and Jelly onit. Why, could they not do it? So that I could have the inside of my twist toasted like, I originally wanted? If you can cutopen bagels and croissants, and spread butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Why not my cheese twist? I went to another DunkingDonuts and they have no issue with accommodating a customer. I feel that I?m paying for the best but getting the worst. They?re putting me to work, versus them doing the work. And the manager, was standing right next to her and was agreeable withher. Now, when I get upset, and vocal, I?m the problem.
