The worst drive thru service I have been through. Ordered a 12 piece chicken tender family meal about a half hour ago. Got home... with it a few minutes ago. All of the tenders are burnt and rubbery like they sat for hours. They gave me no butter fo mybiscuits which are also hardened. And my sides which were two sides of mashed potatoes and a side of macaroni and cheese wereall only about a scoop.. Worst and I do mean worst service. The lady that rang me out was different from the one that handed methe bag. So I knew they knew what they were handing me. I think it was the manager which should not be a manager or this is thekind of service they give she had short hair. I would not trust kfc in Somerset or I would double check my order before I leftthe place if I was anyone that goes there from now on. Bottom line is they will not have my business ever again. They told us to pull around and said that our tarter sauce would be in the bag and it wasn?t. The people are very rude there.... The worker also threw the food at us and walked away. Read more
