My husband just went through the drive thru and had the worst customer experience. It was a lady in her 40s, short hair, at the... window and was very rude, snotty, and basically threw my husband's order at him and slammed the window shut. I know we all havebad days but this is unacceptable. Read more

Awesome job by the whole staff. They found some good kids finally. Overall food was good the ice cream was great, and service was... excellent. Mens bathroom you basically needed a hazmat suit for though, that was pretty gross. Read more

For the past 4x I have come to this location for a blizzard, they always seem to mess up my order. Tonight I ordered a take 5... blizzard which was correct then I ordered a oreo peanut butter blizzard and that was completely wrong. I received what seemedlike a fudge bite with PB. I dont understand how you mess up an order when you are told the 2 things that are supposed to gointo it. Also, my fiance has worked for a dairy queen before and knows how hard it isnt to work there. People complain too much about this Dairy Queen. They expect it to be like McDonald?s where your food comes out 20 seconds after... you order it. It isn?t like that, Dairy Queen makes their food fresh off the fryer. So expect a wait. Another thing that peopledon?t understand that it isn?t the workers or managers fault if they are slowing down due to a rush. It is your problem that youcome when half the town is there so don?t complain if you wait 10 minutes for your food. They do a great job for the amount ofworkers there in the morning and I fell really bad that they have to deal with complainers and customers that can?t wait morethat 5 minutes for their food. The place is nice and clean and the food is quite good. It isn?t for everyone but it isn?t bad.Workers are nice and look like they are having fun, which is a good thing. You can see that they are trying their best when itcomes to a rush but there isn?t anything they can do when a lot of people are there I only mark down to 4 stars because thebathrooms can be cleaner, but it?s hard when everything else has to be cleaned constantly. You guys are doing great somersetDairy Queen crew! Read more

Well 2 years ago I left a 1 star for this Somerset DQ (and I should have left one years earlier) and I can say it's still 1... star. Nothing has changed over the time. I have gave this place more then 1 chance to see if it ever gets better. Everytime Ihave come through they always (and I mean always) forget something and I have to pull back around or I find out later on. Thistime is just sad I went through drive thru got a flamethrower with no Tomato & no bacon and some extras. I get home and open thesandwich box and find this halfass put together thing with the sauce on the side of the box and no top Bun ????. I meanseriously?? I have worked in the fast food industry when I was younger and it always amazes me how this location is sooo bad atwhat they do. It's not that hard... been there done that. I can't be the only person this happens to here and I'm notdisappointed at the employees, I'm disappointed at the Managers not holding anyone accountable so this isn't a problem anymoreand lack of training I assume.
