I ordered a bagel (toasted) & an ice tea but they left the bagel in for WAY longer than what they were supposed to & the ice tea... is absolutely DISGUSTING it isn?t even made properly. This gotta be one of the WORST !!!! Dunkins I have EVER gone to. Morning shift Indian woman ( most likely a shift manager) and... tall young man ( with scruffy fake looking mustach) are ABSOLUTELY unpleasant, unprofessional and unsanitary. This boy had theaudacity to take his bare fingers and wipe the whipped cream an coffee off my cup. Like whatttttt who and where do they do thatat .Oh and the woman cosigns everything he does. They are rude , they lack customer service and clearly missed the lessonsanitary practices. Anyone in the food business know you have to be cleanly, use gloves when dealing with foods and change andor wash hands when dealing with one's money and then food. Nope not these people. It's no gloves, touch money, make coffees, make food , register repeat. Class can we sayyyyyyy CROSS CONTAMINTION !!!!!! And then gets mad when someone addresses thesituation lol smh.
