Hospitality was great the bartender/ server with the wonderful mustache is excellent at his job. All the steaks were overcooked... not by a little but by alot. None of us complained as the quality of the meat is so good we still enjoyed it. But when yourbill is over $500 and your at a steakhouse I do expect medium rare not to come out medium well not a bit of pink in any of the 3steaks. Such a shame. Read more

Three of us walked in for quick happy hour snack and drink. Everything about it was unfriendly. After a bit we just decided to... head back to the hotel and eat there. Bartender seemed to not want to be bothered. Three star only because I have no idea whatthe food quality is there. Read more
So interesting. The service and drinks were very good. Ambience, very typical for an upscale steakhouse. The bone-in filet on... the hot plate was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned. The star of the meal sure. The sides. We got potatoes au gratin andgarlic mashed. I’ve had instant mashed potatoes many times in my life. I’ve never paid $13 for them. Just… why serveobviously low-quality sides and appetizers along such tasty steak? A different Ruth's Chris location was a family favorite for many years, so when a relative moved into the area, we treated him... to dinner here as a welcome. The side dishes were very good. The staff was friendly. However, the service level was meh, morethan one item was overly salty (the lobster bisque was notable), and steaks that were ordered Medium came out at a Medium Wellto Well Done level.
