After the response from owner I have this to say . The Margherita has way to muchthick dough . It is not a Margharita . Maybe using less of everything would be a better idea . First timer. First off, the crew are all friendly and really into their job. Nice to see folks taking pride in their work. And... it shows in the end product. Secondly, probably the best tasting pizza ever. The salad bar! How can salad be so darn tasty? Theingredients were really fresh and flavorful. I don't get it, been buying ready made salads in grocery stores or order(expensive) them at restaurants, nothing as delicious as Mike's Pizza of Sonora. From the sauce to the fresh ingredients I was so happy. I love my pizza but hadnot bought one for 6months. Then I tried Mike's pizza. Hands down they know how to make a delicious pizza.
