Slow service. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and they were out of the crunch, paid extra money for this feature and received no... replacement. I thought the service was supposed to be extraordinary. The drink also caused FOOD POISONING. After 15 mins ofdrinking, I could not keep anything down. My whole day was waste from this one drink.
