I?m giving 2 stars because the food was ok, but the customer service is terrible. I ordered zeppole with my meal (which is a... dessert item), but since they were out of zeppole they sent garlic knots (NOT a dessert item) because they were the same price(according to the guy who works there). So, instead of trying to contact me or sending a different dessert they just sent garlicknots. I understand this was a Door Dash order, but when I spoke directly to someone at the restaurant the answer wasbasically, too bad, not our problem. Seems to me if you want to keep a customer happy (and have them continue to be yourcustomer) the least that could be done was to simply apologize & offer to send a different dessert. Instead, they blame DoorDash & that?s it. Lousy attitude, no care for the customer & so I?m done with this place. God knows there are plenty ofpizzarias around here. Read more
Ordered a half tuna, chicken parm, and a whole ham, salami and cheese sub with extra mayo. Tuna sub had not much tuna, not like... it used to be. But the real reason for the one star is the ham, salami and cheese sub had no mayo at all on it. This is thethird time this happened. If you would just listen when people talk. Their pizza is tolerable, but if you want good pizza in the area tryNunzio's in South Amboy and they are so Nice! and a little further South in Matawan/Holmdel there is Denino's and Esposito's,both stellar, Pronto doesn't come close.
