Very clean and very polite staff. The food was made well and fresh with the appropriate portions. I'm very pleased!
Ordered cheesesteak sandwich. Did not have roasted red peppers as advertised. No one will answer the phone. My suggestion... would be to tell the customer when they order that you are out of ingredients. Don't just let them figure it out when they gethome. It's a bad buisness practice. Read more

Soth Bend Indiana Arbys...is Terrible! We wonder if the corporation know how early they close and how often they tell us there... out of Roast beef! Just left after setting in line with others and getting no response at the order board. A young kid was outfront talking to a car of people and saw us in line and climbed in the back of the car. The people working there recently seem chill and friendly. It was super fast, compared to a few months ago, and most of the food... was good. Drink was a bit watery, the roast beef sandwiches was a bit off-putting, but the fries and moz sticks were some of thebest I've had recently. I think the bit issue they've been having is with supplies, so once that's fixed I think things willimprove. Edit: As of 10/28/22 ~ They improved on quality for a while and then suddenly tanked back down. Not sure why this isthe case but the last time I went they got my order wrong and I got food poisoning, so that wasn't fun. Probably will just avoidthis place for a few months until I hear its either improved or shut down. Read more
