This is seriously the best Jimmy John's in the area. They make beautiful, neat sandwiches. They've struggled like so many with... staffing, but I'll wait for their delicious food. Read more
I ordered at 7:14. The delivery driver dropped my food off to the house across the street. When I called they said the manager... said they would remake it and send the driver right back out. I have to call at 8:13 , while sitting outside sick with covid sothey don't misdeliver again. They tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes. This is the worst service I have ever had at aJimmy John's. I had to beg the manager for a partial refund. Nobody should have to pay for this kind of awful service. I calledagain because my sandwich wasn't cut, I was missing napkins and didn't get the onions and extra mayo I ordered and paid for. Themanager said they can't give a full refund, mistakes happen and he hung up on me. I sent this and more comments to yourcorporate feedback center. I hope they retrain the very poor management staff. I shared my review already with corporate and amin contact with a representative. They have yet to hear anything from this location and I have yet to see a refund. I was notcharged for the tip fee of $3.....my order was about $25. That's not half back. Read more
