THE WORST LOCATION IN THE AREA (700 West Ireland road located inside the Ireland road Walmart)!!!! The foreign employee working... there barely speaks english, forgets to give you the bacon that you ask for that's an extra $3 and only puts three extremelythin slices of bacon on a BLT sandwich. This particular employee also does not like women as he treated me much different thanhe treated my husband!! Also, the app is worthless! If a location is closed, they will still let the order go through and takethe money off of your credit card and then tell you that location is not available for pickup. Then you have to wait 48 hoursfor a deposit to come back to your account and when you call the location, the employees basically tell you there's nothing theycan do and tell you to call a customer service number where you can't talk to an actual live person, rather, they want you to gothrough the app where it collects your name, telephone number and address and you have to wait around for somebody to call youback about the problem. Okay, so no offense to any reviewer, but I feel this needs to be said because some reviews about this location I feel are... completely off the mark. So of course no everyone will have the same experience, but I felt the lady helping me today and makingmy food was wonderful and deserves praise. Of course English may not be her first language, but so what, she understood what Imeant and vise versa. She was very sweet, with a smile on her face and was such a pleasant person to talk with and have makingmy food. Again not everyone will have the exact same experience and you can't knock them for saying so, but to either bring up alanguage issue or just to insult the workers in general is completely wrong and I felt the need to restore some positivity aboutthis place. Compared to some other locations, this place certainly has my business again and all around praise. So Thank You. Read more
