I worked at thos Taco Bell and the GM Zachariah Grice made us serve food that was bad, I had multiple customer calls one night... that our food was making them sick and Zachariah told us to keep serving food Read more
I went here for lunch and it was terrible. I went in and everyone ignored me, I put in my order and waited for 30 minutes until... I went up and said something and they then looked at the screen and saw I had placed an order. Then when I got my food it wasn'teven right and it was burnt so bad it was uneatable. Was told they were out of soft shells at the window after they started "processing" my order so I couldn't cancel it. So I had... to reorder different food, which cost more. I was charged for two meals but only received the one. *update: I bit into thecrunch wrap and it had tomatoes... I asked for this to NOT be included for certain reasons... I will delete / redo theexperience once someone has contacted me with a refund for the order I never received and a partial for the one I did receive.If not, guess I have to contact the credit card company and dispute faulty charges. This Taco Bell has been consistent with their food orders and have had the ingredients to make the orders that I have either... ordered for my family or the orders I have had to pick up for customers that order DoorDash Delivery as I am a Delivery Driverfor DoorDash. I have had some issues with other Taco Bell restaurants in the South Bend area and they have ran out of theingredients to make the food and some have closed early because of this. The Downtown Taco Bell also seems to be one of thebusiest in the area. After the Notre Dame football game they had limited menu items available which I can understand as they arenearest the campus. The drive thru there is always very busy throughout the night but the Taco Bell on the corner of Bendix andLincolnway is very fast, very nice and helpful staff as well.
