Hello there, Unfortunately i visited the South Berwick location today and was greeted with the utmost disrespect from your... employees. One woman was outright refusing to take and make orders, and refused to fill our offices online order using theexcuse that it was "too big". They harassed one of my employees when she came down to pick up the order and refused to help herat all. I tried to call the store multiple times while my employee was there and she stated she heard the phone ringing but noone answered it. Our order was placed at 11:46 this morning and it is now 12:36pm and we have nothing and she is still waiting.Id like to add that the online order was marked ready before we ever went to the store to pick it up. The way your employeestreated not only my staff, but any other customers in the restaurant was absolutely abhorrent, and the woman refusing to make ortake any orders at all should be fired. Ordered a 6" off the app. Promptly made. However when I went to eat it. It was soaked, dripping in honey mustard, which ruined... the freshness of the sandwich. 2/10 would not recommend. Read more
Just went in there on May 13th 2022 and there is only one girl working there and i think she was never trained. She clearly had... no clue what she was doing or how to make a wrap. You need to train your staff or just close for the night. I've worked foodservice most my life and you should be ashamed of the situation you left this poor girl to deal with. Good service. Nice people. Clean shop. I bought a footlong roast beef. One thin layer of roast beef. It was just sad. Made me... sad. Along with the bag of chips and a iced tea over $16. Funny how everything was good except for the sub. That is way toocheap for that amount of money. Read more
