I love Sheetz and stop every chance we get. This was the first time at this sheetz. The lady checking us out was friendly but... that was the end of it. The place was dirty and the person making our food, we were the only order, took 10 min. I watchedhim make the fries and they sat so long they were room temp by the time we got them. We ordered hot dogs and chicken sliders sono way out should have taken that long. He was steady complaining and obviously didn't want to be there. So disappointing!!! Read more
The only complaint I have is the toys for kids. They are to much for a convenience store.
When the food service is actually made, it?s fine. I love Sheetz, but I haven?t been to a Sheetz this slow anywhere in the... country. I watched the food staff joke around for a full fifteen minutes, slowly moving about as they did the minimum effort todo their job and literally toss together a meal for another order, before I left without my order having even have beenstarted. I?ve stopped at this Sheetz many, many times over the years. Never had a bad experience. Usually average. Stopped today and... received great customer service by Truman who was running the register. Amazing employee! People like him make me want to comeback! Read more
