First timer, and we'll be back! We were patrons of the owner's previous restaurants, and always had terrific food and service.... Today, after driving by since they opened a few years ago, we finally ordered - and devoured - takeout from Sokolata. The saladswere generous portions, prepared fresh, and delicious! The staff were very friendly and our order was ready in minutes, all witha mostly-full dine-in area and busy drive-through. Thank you Sokolata! Read more

Today was my first time trying Sokolata, and I was very happy with my experience. The restaurant itself looked clean and we were... taken care of quickly after coming in. We placed our order and had our food within probably 10 minutes. I got the Famous Gyro,some chips, a Cheesecake, and some baklava. The Gyro was excellent, the sauce and toppings were very flavorful and fresh, andthe flavor of the meat was great as well. The chips were the biggest surprise. I'm not sure if they make them in the restaurantor if they're a purchased brand, but I could've eaten 2 lbs of those chips. They had a great salty potato flavor, and were thickcut but not difficult to bite into. They were very good. The baklava was very sweet and flaky, with very good balance of flavorsas well. Just watch out for the cloves lol. The Cheesecake was good as well, but not as good as the rest of the things I hadtoday. Sokolata has a very full menu, and if the rest is as good as the things I tried today, I'm looking forward to tryingother things. Excellent food, and excellent service, at a reasonable price! Today I had the famous gyro with fries, on the first day they... served fries! The gyro was excellent, and the fries (fresh-cut I think) were perfectly done, not at all greasy and with agenerous coating of salt, and delicious! They also offer freshly-made chips. I think I'm going to try everything on the menu!Bonus points for using non-latex nitrile gloves, for those of us with a latex allergy! Read more
