Consistently one of the best meals on Cape Cod. Absolutely loved our selections (drinks, chowder, salad, entrees, and dessert).... The asparagus, burratta, and prosciutto green salad with truffle vinaigrette is one of the freshest, most delicious salads Ihave had. And the corn and chive risotto with the most perfect piece of salmon was extraordinary. I would give no stars if I could. I cannot comment on the food because we were never seated. We booked a reservation for 2 at... 7:30 over a week ago and confirmed it the day of. We arrived 7 minutes early and were told the table was not ready yet. We satat the bar and had a cocktail. I got the feeling the hostess wanted us to remain at the bar and order there. The hostess sat 3other tables that arrived after us. Two of the tables were for two people like our reservation. When we pointed this out, wewere told that they were setting a special table for us. Twenty minutes after the time of the reservation, the special tableturned out to be in the main walkway, at a pony wall, that the servers walked through (frequently and quickly) to serve othertables. We refused this and walked out. There was no concern from the staff aside from a quick and insincere ?sorry.? This wasa very disappointing experience. I have stuck to the facts here and have expressed none of my anger. This is the first time mywife and I have ever walked out of a restaurant in anger. Read more
Between the corn chowder, the coconut salmon, the swordfish risotto and the Tres Leches cake, I couldn't have asked for a better... meal on the Cape! Definitely coming back to dine again soon and loved the outdoor dining area too! Read more
Extremely loud, we could hear the conversations of people sitting 3 tables away. Although the food was good, the noise made it... difficult to enjoy our meal. When asked if we wanted a starter, my husband said he didn't want anything and I ordered a saladand said that I would probably share some with him. When our final bill of almost $160 came, it included a dollar forsharing. There are so many excellent dining choices on the Cape where people can enjoy a quiet meal in a relaxing atmospherethat I doubt if we will return. Read more
