Ate there after day?s ride on Palouse to Cascade trail (which runs within 100 feet of front door.) I think the building is the... old South Cle Elum train station. Very friendly staff. Several families in outdoor dining and game area when we visited. Lotsof menu items, reasonably priced, and such good food. Very good escape from frenetic big city and freeway scene. Perfect location for families- outdoor space for kids to roam, play, and explore. Yes games. Beautiful view of the mountain. Old... train station with caboose and walking paths with signage about train history. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Highchairs. And yummy food with kids meal options! I got the brisket sandwich and cornbread, kids got chicken tenders and cornbread-yum! Great beer selection too- local brews on tap and plenty of bottled choices too. Friendly service. 1st time customer, visiting from Seattle. Their reviews don't lie. Everything was bomb! I was there last Friday when they... opened. I ordered ribs and beef brisket combo. Sadly ribs weren't ready, still on smoker. Husband/wife team been there for 7yrs? They also have a food truck at various location's. I will be back and try to get some of the ribs. I don't appreciate having to order at the... counter, getting up to collect my food and then having to clear my table...the tips recommended on the tablet is for whatservice!?
