I feel bad for leaving a negative review because the staff were all very friendly and provided good service, however the food... was terrible. The meatloaf looked fake, very rubbery. The eggplant looked like frozen chicken. I literally feel as if they?rereheating different lean cuisines and serving them on a plate. Read more
The food is Great but my experience with customer service wasn't so kosher. I was accompanied with a person that frequents there... and when the waitress would come to the table on several occasions she would address that person that frequented there but neveraddressed me or ask me if I was okay like I was a ghost. The food was good just need a little bit more seasoning and the service was great.
Love, love, LOVE Rossi's! My mom and I used to go every Thursday when I was younger, and now that I'm an adult I love it just... the same. Small diner feel with great food no matter what dish you choose. And don't forget the desserts because they are to diefor! All the staff is friendly, and the owner Bernadette is so down to earth and always working alongside her employees. Cannotsay enough great things about this restaurant. If you're on the fence...give them a shot. You won't be disappointed! Read more

2 stars.. service wasn't bad and neither was the actual restaurant but the food is definitely suspect. Got the meatloaf and it... looked like it was originally in a can, tipped over, tapped on the bottom until it slid onto the plate and then neatly cut into"slices". The potatoes tasted alright but they weren't fresh and you could tell everything was processed including the carrotswhich were definitely canned originally.
