The workers do not want to do their jobs. I was told I couldn't sub the impossible patty on the patty melt, not even for an... upcharge. I then tried to order the impossible whopper with the caramelized onions and was told that nothing could be added toany menu item, just removed. Just go the extra mile to the bk on Randall.
