Good atmosphere, great service, a wide variety of delicious warm-the-heart & stomach food. Add in a few close friends and... family, plus a toast or two, definitely worth coming back again. Read more

Both times I?ve ordered from here, the mustard was carelessly put in the bag and it has arrived to me with sauce covering my... entire order and seeping through the bag. It is really self explanatory to put the sauce in the container with the food likethey do at the Schaumburg location. Everyone knows the best part is the sauce. I didn?t even end up eating most of the foodbecause they obviously gave us old tenders, they were so dry and nasty. I would have dunked them in the sauce to pretend theywere ok but I didn?t have any. I only ate the side salad and one tender and I woke up sick in the middle of the night. If you gohere at all, make the drive to the Schaumburg location. Ive never had any issues with packaging or illness there. Read more

We had a very good meal. I had the 3 burger sliders with pub chips. My wife had the baked cod with excellent soup.

Had party of 6 adults and 2 young kids. We?ve been here many times in the past and had also ordered for pick up several times as... well with NO major issues. Since Covid, we do understand the prices going up. However, if consumers are going to spend thisamount of money ???? to eat, you would think THE SERVICE SHOULD BE ELEVATED as well? Right.?? Well, the waitress was a pleasantyoung lady. She let us know she was new, so we were more patient than we normally would have been. That being said, the maincourse(s) came out BEFORE the soup, salad, and Nacho appetizer ($15 for 1/2 order). My wife?s Fish platter was very goodtasting, but the portions of the fish seemed to have gotten smaller. Higher prices is understandable, BUT getting stingy onportions is not acceptable! My main course was the Patty Melt (pictured), which is touted (on their menu) as one of their Bestand most popular items was nothing short of disappointing. They used only one small piece of cheese which kind of looked like aKraft (or off brand) single! Talk about stingy?ESPECIALLY when you?re charging $16 for it..!!! Then, half way through my mainmeal, my soup comes out..?? So I let the waitress know that I no longer want the soup since it is coming out half way through mydinner. She apologized and said she would take it off the tab, but brought out a ?to go? container and said if you?d like totake it home anyway (which I was undecided about, but thought it was a kind gesture). BUT then this ?Manager? Patrick (akaPeroy.?) came to the table and stated/asked, ?so you didn?t like the soup?? I explained it wasn?t that, and rather it was the?timing?. He then grabs the soup and rudely takes it away without saying another word. Leadership and habits come from the topand flows down? if you cannot teach your staff something as simple as the order of food prepared and taken out AS WELL AScourtesy towards your customers, your client base is not only going to diminish, BUT your returning customers wi Read more
