Decent food, bad customer service. At the end of the drive thru, I asked the cashier whether everything was in the bag she just... handed me, she promptly dismissed the question with a "Yeah". Trusting her, I did not check the bag until I got home and foundout there are 2 chicken eggrolls missing. When I returned to the store days later to order I told them about the missing items.The manager said she couldn't do anything since "she wasn't there" even though I kept the receipt and showed it to her. I havemy share of experience in customer service, and this is no way to conduct your business. Read more
If I could give O stars I would. To start off, they have roaches, I saw one crawling around the back with all the food and one... went into the vegetables. It was horrifying. I brought it up to the worker on the line and he did nothing but told the manager.The manager came out and told me that it was not her issue and that I should not be paying attention to what's going on in theback because it's not my job. I told her that it was disgusting and that people should not be seeing bugs traveling into foodsand that brought out a huge outburst within the store resulting in a lady requesting her money back after paying and them not"being able" to refund her. I told them how unprofessional this establishment was and was told to work back there if I wanted tosolve the issue. I was horrified and contacted corporate immediately and they did nothing! This place is still up and runningand I am disgusted. They need new management and a whole new staff. They are so understaffed sometimes that lines are out thedoor and the drive thru is backed up into the whole cedar center which is inconvenient. Well, a coupon for a free bowl with the purchase of another one sounds good, but it ends where it starts! Your paper plate is... filled with tons of rice along with a tiny portion of 3 shrimps for which they charge extra, and all that for over $9.00 perplate! That's a joke!
