Worst service, understaffed and rude employees so far... Maybe their still getting used to the new renovated store and... functionality. I did a mobile order hoping that it would be plenty of time for things to be ready (waited 30 minutes)..... Itwas not ready. They didnt have part of the ingredients so never made the sandwich (ok, fine) but then after completing it theywere onto the next thing and still didnt have the coffee ready. Franchise owner needs to get management on site all the timeuntill they are a smooth running Dunkin. Untill then, Ill save the money and spend it at Startbucks. Also, I hope Dunkin allowsus to start tipping staff similar to Starbucks, perhaps that will be a kindness motivator for the teams. Read more
