It seems like not everyone working the bar knows how to make their cocktails as sometime they taste fine and other times the... same cocktail has no alcohol in it. The food is fine, nothing amazing but nothing to complain about. Some of the sides, like thepotatos are very bland. The service has been very good but I dont go out to eat just for friendly service. Not sure I'll bespending anymore time or money here when there are so many better places to choose from in South Haven. Read more
It wasn?t the best or worst. It took a while to get a table and then waited another 15 minutes for a waiter to come take out... drink order. They apparently did not communicate with each other about who was waiting on specific tables and finally a waitresssaid it wasn?t her table but she took our order anyways. The bartender gave us the drinks on the house. The food was good butservice was not. The view was nice overall. Read more

Should really be a 2.5 but there is no option sadly. The tiki bar/tropical atmosphere is festive and enjoyable on a summer... night. In addition the staff is friendly and the service was good. Problem is the food just is not good, and even worse it justcomes off as lazy. I'm pretty laid back but presentation of the food was just sloppy and seemed like it was prepared by a 5 yearold. Food was also very greasy and it was obvious that fresh and quality ingredients are not the priority here. Definitely comesoff as one of those tourist trap restaurants that gets you liquored up to hide the poor quality food. Come for a drink but donot get food. Not worth the price either. Read more

We all had a good time on the Idler! The pita and dip were tasty and so was the brisket sandwich. Someone in my group ordered at... a margarita and they thought it tasted too sweet, but I thought it tasted fine. Great Jimmy Buffet type music on the speakerstoo, which was nice!
