New China OLD OLD FOOD. Says no refunds, that should have stopped me but I'm like I'm hungry. Got home and the smell was... horrific. Hadn't had Chinese food in a long while so decided to taste. I normally share some with my dogs, this however wentstraight to the trash. Health Department needs to check this place out PRONTO. If I could give NEGATIVE five stars, I would. I don't normally voice my opinion when we have restaurant issues because it may... have been a one time thing, but if I can save someone $$$ & stop them from ordering this garbage, I would. The "chicken" wascompletely inedible. Way too hard, burnt, crunchy, no actual meat inside. & the fried rice was complete mush & had no flavor.Even the cream cheese wontons were burnt black. There's no way they can call this food. Complete waste of money. I should haveknown by the fact that they have a hand written sign on ordering window saying "no refunds" that their business was bad.
