Tastes amazing- Friendly service as soon as I entered, speedy arrival of bundt order, and a very unique store with super cute... decoration/cups/apron within the store. Loved the clean appearance and I wish I would of remembered the ladies name who helpedme- she was fantastic and made great conversation while I was in the store. Upon walking in to the clean and cheery establishment was welcomed by friendly associates who offered their assistance. I was... inquiring about cake availability as it was my sons birthday and I wanted to try something different then the cheesecake or icecream cake that my family usually preferred. They had an assortment of prepared cakes available for purchase. I went with thewhite chocolate raspberry with cream cheese frosting. Saying my family loved it is an understatement. The entire cake was eatenwith not one slice leftover. My youngest was upset she didn't get a 2nd piece so we had to return the next day to buy her ownmini cake. I put a lot of thought into what to give a very good friend for her birthday. She has been a great support to me during my... cancer treatments. I don't have much money since I had to take a leave of absence. I decided on a birthday bundt cake and toreally make it fun , I added a bouquet of balloons . This is not a normal splurge for me but I wanted it to be special. Herstudents would also be tickled to see the special surprise. The cake was delivered, but no balloons. When I called , I was told, oh she will drop them off after her other deliveries. Now whoever started this company surely meant for it to be a fun andpositive thing. I did not get that vibe and no phone call to apologize . I love your cakes but after this service or lack ofcustomer service, and I know we all make mistakes, sadly I will no longer use your services. Read more
