I love this place. The crawfish is exceptional. I love the mariachi bands. I always patron the band as much as possible. I... always get an array of food like crawfish tortas and tacos. Absolutely horrible experience, my order was incorrect, the evening manager was unwilling to fix the issue, no one apparently... spoke English. I was over charged and they even added their own gratuity tip, of $15.78 when it was only a party of two people.Water never refilled, even when trying to flag the waitress down from our table she continued to talk with her coworker behindthe bar while they played on their phones. I tried to contact the establishment again today to speak to manager, and they justkept hanging up on me. Been to Chilos before at other locations. This is the worst by far. Check your receipts.
