I visited mid-afternoon, which appeared to be a slow lull for the store. I saw 4 individuals working the front of the store: one... at the drive thru, one at the main counter/register, two appeared to filling the stations. I usually love this location despite its LONG drive thru wait. Today I had ordered the new strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. I... did modify it to have coconut milk instead of regular & did the espresso way. So I'm not sure if doing their option 2 way (withespresso..) had anything that made this order not the best. It tastes great overall but I'm a little disappointed that I didn'thave the extra cream and strawberry puree on the bottom like advertised.... Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. Asked for a cappuccino and literally got 1/4 of coffee the rest was full of foam.... Literally saw her spooning more and more foam in. It tastes horrible. Took 20 mins just to get two drinks, and then they alsoforgot about the food I ordered so waited another 10 mins and they just said ?I don?t know what happened? couldn?t even get anew cappuccino because it would take 10-15 mins to wait for it. Will not be coming back to this one. Ridiculous???????????????????????? UPDATE: it?s been awhile since i left this review but i wanted to change it. I?m not sure if they wereshort staffed or still had a lot of people in training but i have gone back and i can say it has changed dramatically. Thedrinks are made better, the people are nicer and quick. We haven?t been inside just the drive through and had a good experience. Read more
