A girl named Ema, with glasses, who worked at 2:30pm today 4/19/22 took my order. I had order 4 drinks and 3 cake pops. She was... very rude and dismissive to my children and I . She didn't even ask us if we wanted a straw but she offered the customer afterus if they wanted a straw. She in fact told me that I was rude, when all I did was order and took my kids aside and waited. Mindyou we had 4 drinks. Yes, absolutely, I had a tired child who needed go for a nap. But she seemed so irritated by children.Please train your employees to work under high stress environments, especially with only two customers in line(sarcasm)I come tothis target regularly but this isn't my regular Starbucks, because some incompetent girls can't get my drink right like this onetoday.
