If I can give it a zero I would, Manager “Elizabeth” comes out after an hr and half of waiting instating she cannot take... care of us right now till after and asked us to move out of the way, some of her employees told us they cannot take care of ustill 4:00 pm that that’s when the new waitress crew starts and when I said that to her she’s like no that’s not true but agood 80% of the restaurant is EMPTY. Train your employees better and communicate correctly when customers call so you don’thave passed off customers all the time. Read more
Great service and you cannot go wrong with menu selection Cactus Blossom must for appetizer. For entrée we tried chicken and... ribs combo. We also tried breaded fish. Sides we tried loaded mashed potato, loaded fries, loaded baked potato and mac-n-cheese.Everything was made to order, smelled amazing and tasted awesome. Must go place. Update August 2022: brought the family here for our fathers birthday and service was great. I would have chosen the one in... Taylorsville based on my previous review. The kitchen staff is extremely lacking. Culinary needs some leadership anddevelopment. Three of our steaks were over cooked and two managers came out to speak with us. We sent two back and the third onewe just gave to the doggo. Highly recommend you visit a different location if you want the quality food Texas Roadhouse is knownfor. This location is extremely busy. Recommend call ahead seating. Service was good but not great and the kitchen wasstruggling quit a bit. Long time for appetizers and entrees. One porterhouse was order medium and came out well done. Not surehow a steak house confuses medium with well done? Our server did fix it right away. Ordered two steaks to go but only receivedone, simple mistake. Most likely because it was so loud inside our server didn’t hear us. Saw servers dance three times whilewaiting for food, my guess, they do this to let the kitchen get caught up. Read more
We ordered carry out from this location and it was a huge mistake. We asked for fries for the chicken and received literally ONE... fry? And then we got barely any fries for our steak when we asked for fries for both sides. When we dine in everything’s greatbut maybe the manager should focus on making sure everything that leaves the kitchen is correct regardless if its dine in orcarry out. Read more

Get the burgers here. Great bang for your buck and flavorful! Massive burger and wedge style fries. The rattlesnake bites are... cheese filled balls with jalapeño bits and have a bit of a bite at the end. They come with ranch sauce which taste good. Therolls are buttery and there are cinnamon butter which is pretty interesting. You can also get peanuts in a bag here which I justrealized. I like how this place now allows you to pay via the tablet, it is quick and easy to do. Read more
