The staff here are incredibly rude. Ever since they took over ownership their last of professionalism is incredibly horrible.... They can't keep anything stocked and if you ask any employee they are nothing but rude to respond. Myself and my coworkers co.ehere for lunch breaks several times a week. We won't be coming back. The cashier stole 10 dollars from my sister and her friend after they gave him the money for a pizza and yet he claimed they... never gave it to him and took the pizza away. Claimed that he?d check the camera to prove he was right but when we agreed hesaid he didn?t know the password. Awful service and disgusting actions from a guy to take our money and play dumb. Worst store ever!!! I will start off by explaining my experience just this morning. Walked in before work, running a tad late... and wanted COFFEE! Now that's not too much to ask for...or is it? There were 8 EMPTY coffee pots on the warmers. I asked theemployee "hey so there's no coffee this morning"? He said Nope. I said " soooo are you not making any for the day? He said NOPE. Then proceeded to do whatever he was doing behind the counter ( while talking on his phone) and flat out ignoring the poor ladywaiting to get rung up with her small child. Honestly I felt like we were getting punked, and it was some kind of joke. Anotherinstance, the dude didn't give me back my $0.92 cents change and when I asked for my change, he literally opened the drawer,looked down and said "Change shortage". Read more
I've been running up and down Lake Tahoe Blvd stopping at probably 7 gas stations just to use their air compressor as I... desperately need to air up one tire. Every gas station air compressor is out of order! Unbelievable. If it doesn't work, get ridof it! I stopped at 7 Eleven and had my wife use the air compressor here and it works perfectly. Finally!
