It's so delightful to find a gem like Evans in Lake Tahoe! Quaint, small and DELICOUS!!! I haven't been to Tahoe in years, but... having dinner here was one o the high lights of my trip. I had the special Halibut with wild rice & veggies, butter salad first,served with freshly baked sour dough. As a chef treat, duck liver pate with crustinis served. My friends ordered the Duck andPork chop dinners nothing was left on their plates! Desert, housemade Rasberry ice cream, Choc creme brulé with berries servedwith a raspberry sauce Reservations are a must, so plan ahead. Read more

Evan?s is def in my top 10 restaurants ever. Maybe because I had my last minute covid elopement dinner here so it has a special... place in my heart. But every time we eat here, everything is amazing. This is the spot for a special occasion dinner. It?s asmall place so it never crowded and loud making the ambience perfect. The service and staff are amazing. We have dined inseveral times and have ordered for take out. Even the take out was great! Their lobster cheesecake appetizer is next level. Best restaurant in Tahoe, but don't share bc I don't want it to get to crowded ???? as it is located in a small house right next... to the main highway. Owners and staff are super wonderful.
