Worst. Chipotle. Ever. So, this is the closest Chipotle to my house, or I would have likely stopped coming long ago. But here's... the final straw - and this one is despicable... This Chipotle was supposed to host a fundraiser tonight (9/10/22) for my kids'school... 4-8pm. They were closed when we got there... a little before 7pm (on a Saturday night)... Paper sign in window "Weclosed early tonight". No less than 7 would-be customers' cars showed up in the less than 5 minutes we were there - mostmentioning "we have a fundraiser here tonight". Seriously. Poorly managed. Workers who do not care. Canceled fundraiser.Despicable people. P.S. Update: now "temporarily closed" officially (9/16/22). Not sure about that recent 5 star review. Maybethe last order they filled before shutting down on the 16th? Glad this place worked out for someone. Read more
Shout out to the entire awesome team who helped prepare my large group lunch order today (9/16/22)! After spending a few hours... trying to get this ordered online and on the phone with Chipotle customer service, I was told my only option was to go inperson. When I got to this store, not only was everyone patient and gracious when helping me get the 10 orders through, but theyworked together as a team to keep things moving as quickly as possible. I love Chipotle! I have visited many locations, in Ohio and other states too, and the service and food is usually spot on and... consistent. This was my third visit to the South Lebanon location since moving to the area and wanting to support my localestablishments. Though the food is of the high quality I have come to expect from Chipotle, the service is very much belowstandard. Long lines and slow preping on the line have been frustrating to this hungry customer. It seems like I've walkedinto a movie on slow mode when I've been there. I know you can do better because I've experienced it at many other locations. Hope you can step it up before my next visit. Read more
This was possibly the dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever eaten at in my 44 years. The staff clearly did not care either. I asked to... have tables cleaned as every one of them was disgusting, she smeared the food around so I finished it myself. Every visiblesurface in the kitchen and serving area was covered in food. The trash cans are overflowing and the floors have been swept inpossibly days. We were never greeted by anyone either. We are here from out of town but I would steer clear of this locationuntil things are taken care of and changed. I love chipotle I could eat it everyday.... but this new location is terrible I usually get a chicken burrito but they were out... of chicken they were out of beans barely had any meat So I got steak since it was all they had the kid working behind thecounter Put 3 little pieces of steak on my burrito you do so I asked for a Extra scoop They fail to inform me that double meatcosts an extra $7 And even with the double meat it was still probably half of what a regular scoop would be at any otherrestaurant So I just paid $23 for the smallest burrito I've ever gotten from Chipotle Read more
