My wife and I went to this location on Sunday @ 12:30pm. THEY WERE, "CLOSED, DUE TO LACK OF STAFF". People may say it is due to,... lack of people wanting to work. Something to consider, may be employee pay, benefits, pride -n-product, employment atmosphere. Ican't believe that it is cheaper to just be closed instead of discovering the issues that have lead to lack of emplyees andrepair them. We love Taco Bell. Please fix your problem. Read more

Disclaimer: I used to work here as a crew member years ago, so most of this review is based on that experience. I did order from... here more recently than that, though. This place is an example of very, very poor management decisions at the top. I don't knowwhat exactly, since I never had access to that, but I know that it has systemic problems that persist to this day. Orders takean inordinate amount of time to prepare. Ingredients are skimped on way more than you would expect at a typical Taco Belllocation. Food is often dry or otherwise mediocre. None of this is the staff's fault, and I know this because I was one ofthem. It isn't even the fault of the low-level managers that work in the store, and given that the general manager changedshortly before I stopped working and problems persist, it's probably not their fault either. Someone further up is and has beenscrewing up with this location for years. Running out of infrequently used ingredients (like black beans) is common. There'snever enough staff (something management instructed us workers not to tell customers even though it was obviously true).Ingredients sit out way longer than they're supposed to. Staff are under constant pressure to avoid giving "too much"ingredients to customers. One of the times I ordered from here recently, they were out of NACHO CHEESE. How in the hell can younot send enough nacho cheese, one of the most abundantly used ingredients, to a Taco Bell location? That ingredient isn't evenperishable. (That was supposedly from a regional shortage, so that tells me someone rather high up in the hierarchy screwed upreal bad.) Whatever internal issues are causing this, this Taco Bell location is easily the worst I've ever eaten from. Theirfood is often decent, and sometimes it's even really good. I love Taco Bell; it's one of my favorite chains. But all too often, something happens. They run out of something. The taco is drier than it's supposed to be. There's almost no meat on Read more

As much as I can understand being short staffed; I waited in the drive thru for 20+ mins after ordering through the app. Once I ... finally get my order it was incorrect. Two of the items had incorrect toppings and missing the largest item completely. Themanager was slightly helpful but didn't want to provide a full refund because I received the soft tacos. Not to mention theitems I did receive were cold..... Read more

I've always had good experiences here. Food is usually good and orders correct. I've seen the employees work hard when short... handed and wish customers would notice and respect that, instead of yelling at the employees. Keep up the good work TB! Read more

Please hire better servicees, arrived late the other night and had a very simple order: 2 items and mild sauce, when I got home... to open up my food I had realized that he had not only given me the hottest tier of sauce, but, he also charged me for threeitems and threw a hard taco in my bag for no reason. The experience was odd as it almost felt like sabotage, he was not politeat all during our interaction, and when I got home I quickly found that he had botched my order entirely. Overall census: L.
